Why is my listing “in review”?
Every listing is checked before it goes live, usually within minutes. If something needs changing, we tell you what.
What can't I sell?

When do I get paid for a delivery sale?
24 hours after the buyer receives the item, if they haven't reported a problem. The money goes to your verified UPI ID or bank account.
Why do you need my PAN?
The government requires it for payouts from online marketplaces. Where the law requires it, tax is deducted from payouts, and you'll always see it, with a certificate.
What if the buyer reports a problem?
We hold the payout, ask you for your side, and decide within a few days. See Refunds & cancellations.
