Delivery
In short
- Haggel Delivery works inside our Hyderabad delivery area, for everything that can be carried except meet-up-only kinds (cars, bikes and scooters).
- The delivery charge depends on the kind of item, and you see it before you pay.
- Same-day when the seller hands it over by 5 pm; otherwise the next day.
- Our partner checks the item at pickup. If it doesn't match, it doesn't ship and you're refunded.
- You give the partner a hand-over code when it arrives.
1Where we deliver
Hyderabad, inside a set distance from the city centre (the listing and checkout tell you if your address is covered). Other cities: not yet.
2What it costs
The buyer pays a flat delivery charge that depends on the kind of item (its size and weight, not its price). It's shown on the listing and at checkout before you pay, the same for every payment method. When it's struck through, it's free for now.
3How it works
- You pay.
- The seller picks a pickup slot (within 12 hours).
- The partner checks it at the seller's door.
- Same-day / next-day delivery.
- You give the hand-over code.
The order page shows each step, and we notify you.
4Timelines
- Seller picks a slot within 12 hours or the order is cancelled and refunded.
- Not picked up within 3 days → cancelled and refunded.
- Same-day cut-off 5 pm.
5If you're not home
The partner tries once more; if they still can't reach you, the item goes back to the seller and you're refunded.

You get a full refund.
8Sellers
Have the item ready, charged and reset (phones signed out of iCloud / Google) at your slot. Your order page has a “Get it ready” checklist for the item.
Common questions
Can I change the delivery address?
Not after paying; cancel before pickup and order again.
Can I track the partner?
You see each step on the order page.
Why wasn't delivery offered?
Your address or the item is outside the area, it's a meet-up-only kind (cars, bikes and scooters), or the seller chose meet-up only.
