4How we enforce it

  • Every listing is checked before it goes live, automatically (Google Gemini) and by our team when flagged. We tell you why a listing was sent back or removed.
  • Serious cases (weapons, drugs, child abuse material, stolen goods, fraud) lose their account at once. Other breaks lead to strikes and restrictions, then suspension.
  • Our partner can refuse a pickup that isn't allowed or doesn't match. Payouts on orders that break the rules are held, and buyers refunded.
  • We keep records and share them with the police when the law requires, and we report child abuse material and serious crimes.
  • This list isn't complete: anything illegal in India or Telangana isn't allowed, and we may remove items that aren't safe.

Sellers are responsible for what they list and sell. Haggel isn't liable for items bought or sold on Haggel, beyond what Haggel's buyer protection covers.
