Failed payments, refunds.
How do I pay?
In the app, through Cashfree (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, and EMI / Pay Later where shown). For some items you can pay on delivery by scanning a UPI QR at your door. No cash.
My money was taken but the order failed.
If a payment fails, your bank reverses it automatically, usually within 5–7 working days (RBI's rules for failed payments). If a payment went through but the item was no longer available, we refund it in full.
How long does a refund take?
It starts straight away. It usually reaches your original payment method within 2–5 working days.
Is there a Haggel fee?
Meet-ups are free. Haggel Delivery has a delivery charge by kind of item (struck through while it's free for now). You see every charge before you pay.
Do I pay the seller directly?
Only for meet-ups. Never pay a seller outside the app for a Haggel Delivery order, and never pay an advance.
