Where does Haggel Delivery work?
In Hyderabad, inside our delivery area. The listing and checkout tell you if your address is covered.
What does the pickup check cover?
Our partner compares the item with the listing's photos and details at the seller's door: that it's the same item, that it turns on and works where it can be tested there, and the things the listing's category asks us to check (for example the IMEI and the Apple / Google lock on phones). It isn't a repair-shop inspection: hidden faults that only show over time can't be checked at the door.
What if it doesn't match?
It doesn't ship, and you get a full refund automatically.
What's the hand-over code?
A code you give the partner when your item arrives. It's how we know it reached you. Don't share it before you have the item.
How fast is it?
Same day when the seller hands it over by 5 pm; otherwise the next day.
Which items can go by Haggel Delivery?
Everything that can be carried, except meet-up-only kinds such as cars, bikes and scooters. The delivery charge depends on the kind of item. See what can't go by delivery.
